Better Bedrock block hitboxes

Path blocks, Stairs, and other similar blocks have a problem.

Because path blocks have full block hitbox showing, entities and liquids don't show in the gaps.

They both have a problem of the player can't reach through the gap.

    The MCPE Devs say bedrock can't have a free offhand. Still, I see a clear way around this, add a button next to the hunger bar that when touched will react with the held item in your offhand, for example, if you were holding a block of some sort tapping this button will allow you to place it. The same goes for food in your offhand, when the button is held you will eat the held food item.
