Adding new guardian in sea

I think a new type of ocean boss will be good for the game. Since the ender dragon is a boss about the end, wither is a boss about nether, I think a boss about the overworld will be good. The boss will be some kind of boss guardian like the ancient guardian in Minecraft dungeons. It will spawn by building a 3x3x3 prismarine cube and adding an endrod at the top. You also need to build this in the ocean.

    I think it would be cool to have a new boss mob! I do think it should have rarer ingredients, though. Perhaps a conduit? It could have regional effects like the elder guardian, too, like maybe giving you slowness and blindness when out of the water, forcing you to fight while submerged. Good idea, I think it's cool!

    I think there should be a new guardian in the monuments a red guardian that has barrnechals on it.
