Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Netherite Bucket as Lava sponge

It would be like a sponge, but for lava. You could pick up a 3x3, or maybe 4x4, cube of lava, and place it down later. It would make placing lava much easier, since placing one bucket at a time is such a pain.

It could be useful in PvP situations as well, and would give Netherite more unique uses.

    I think this would be too OP. If you do the math, picking up a 3x3x3 cube of lava is equal to picking up 27 buckets at once. I think that maybe you could collect three source blocks of lava in one bucket, having to pick each up individually.
