Hunger bar should heal you unless at 3 bars

Not to be rude, but it is quite annoying being only able to heal while your hunger bar is only at 85%-95%. This would change it so that the hunger bar would heal you unless it reached 3 bars. This would come with a downside however, with the rate of healing slowing down with each hunger bar depleted
