New Crossbow Enchantments

I think the crossbow (because it's a sniper weapon) should have these three enchantments: Freeze, Seek and Snipe.

Freeze: makes any mob or player hit get slowness III and the frost affect, which would cause a short damage over time.

Snipe: this could either a)show a line for the trajectory of the projectile b)increase the range of your shot by 30-50 blocks based on the level of enchant.

Seek: fires a projectile that follows an entity for a certain time. It makes the mob it's going to follow glow red. Seek I = 3 seconds. Seek II = 5 seconds.

Freeze can be with all enchantments.

Snipe can't be with Multishot.

Seek can't be with Multishot or Piercing.
