Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Nether Corpse Flower

The nether corpse flower is a new plant that grows in the Crimson Forests. Walking too close to it will cause it to release a cloud of gas in the air that affects whatever walks through it with the Death Stink effect (like dragon's breath). Death Stink attracts any undead mobs within a large radius of the target to immediately attack it, regardless of what it is. Because of this, most nether animals will try to stay away from it. The flower can be brewed to get a Potion of Repellence, which will do the opposite of Death Stink and keep undead mobs away from you.
