Either a rare enchantable book that could be applied to any goat horn (allowing you to customize sound), or a specific magical goat horn that can be found rarely (either in archeology or elsewhere).
This Magical goat horn would be like the normal goat horn except when played fully it will summon a minion (very similar to the vex) that will fight by your side for a while. You can only have one at a time and this will be enforced by forcing the minion to "desummon" faster then the cooldown for summoning another one would be available (Lets say for example the cooldown to use the horn is 3 minutes, while the minion itself would disappear after 2). I'm not sure what the minion could look like but ideas include a sibling to the Allay and vex (would expand on the mythological lore), or an ACTUAL magical floating goat (would be hilarious) that flies around like the vex or allay would and rams enemies from the air.
The player type I'm targeting is the adventurer/ explorer types. At the moment there is a lack of "artifact" type items that are very rare and very cool to show off to other players that dont have one. This would be a perfect type of item for archeology, it gives the same vibe as the fabled skeleton wolf pet.
One last note: The minion doesn't necessarily need to attack anything, I just felt it made sense as the goat horn makes a loud noise which is "announcing" that this mystical mob has appeared and give it a dramatic entrance. Also for PVP so player know what's coming.
