Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Potipn off Luminesence

The Potion of Luminescence would be made with classic potion brewing ingredients (awkward potions, blaze powder) and a Glow Ink Sac. It would give the consumer the Glowing for 1 minute. You may be thinking "dude this sucks who wants glowing" but the best forms of this potion lie in arrows, splash potions, and lingering potions. Anyone hit by Arrows of Luminescence would receive Glowing for up to a minute, far better than the Spectral Arrow. This is a good Spectral Arrow alternative, because it's a better outcome, and it's harder to obtain the materials. The Splash and Lingering Potions would be of equal use, if not more so.

    Maybe it makes the mob/player hit ACTUALLY glow (emit a bit of light) and not just give them an outline
