Variety for Usable Blocks (Aesthetics Update???)

This is mainly for those, like me, who love building. The main concept of this part of an Aesthetics Update, would be to give certain blocks more variety, speaking mostly about Chests, Furnaces, Crafting Tables, and any other day-to-day blocks people use. For the blocks listed the opportunity is there, in example, many wood types already exist and each type has its own door, trapdoor, fence, gate, button, pressure plate, slab, stair, sign, and most have their own boat. All that would be needed is for the Chest and Crafting Table colors to change to match the wood being used, the textures and details could remain the same, or they could change too if Mojang is in the mood for it. The Furnace however, there are a LOT of options and a lot that people would like to see, but for the sake of ease let's just start with a small handful of them: Sandstone, Red Sandstone, Bricks, Nether Bricks, Quartz, and Blackstone. Personally, I'd love to see a Quartz Brick Furnace and/or a Polished Blackstone Furnace.

Keep in mind IF this update were to become an actual thing, it would most likely be a small update, or a part of a larger update.
