Amethyst Shards Should be Broken with Axes

I think that it would be a good idea to have the amethyst shards be able to be broken at a fast speed with axes. I think this could actually solve two problems.

The first and most obvious problem would be that often times players break the amethyst spawning blocks when attempting to break amethyst shards. If players were using a different tool for breaking the spawning blocks and the shards, the amount of times accidentally breaking the spawning blocks would be drastically decreased.

The second problem this could solve is that it gives a greater purpose to enchanting an axe with fortune. Right now it seems that there's little reason to have an axe with the fortune enchantment when nothing an axe breaks is heavily effected by fortune. This would give incentive for players to consider having an axe with fortune with I think adds to the game.
