Attachment Arrows

This allows the fletching table to craft the following things on arrows: TNT, Redstone and Rockets. The TNT would be able to explode anything near it but does 3 damage and a radius of 3 blocks. And the Redstone would create a Redstone signal to any Redstone you shoot at. And the rocket arrows would Do damage like any other rocket but this can create a way to do extra damage to mobs etc, this function where's the rockets can't hurt you but whatever you shoot at.
