Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Colored Lanterns

Mojang added soul lanterns but that is not enough. We should be able to implement dyes into lanterns but all colored lanterns would have a light level of 15. Soul lanterns should be slightly retextured and it too should get colors but they consist of light levels of 10. I just feel it would add more decoration in minecraft overall.
