This Enchantment would go on the leggings and jumping with this enchant will make you jump higher which can help with the new mountain heights and another feature is that it can negate fall damage from a smaller amount of more high similar to feather falling just less powerful. There could be 3 stages allowing your character jump different heights for the different levels.
