The boat is not a creature trap

I suggest that all creatures can easily get out of the boat and minecart if necessary. The exception is when creatures (like endermen) want to get out of the water.

In that case, why not add fetters or a minecart and a boat with a cage to the game? It would be much more logical and clearer. It's stupid when the boat is the perfect weapon against seemingly smart opponents.
