TNT Fuse block

Basically, TNT can have their fuse changed so it's not the standard 4 tick fuse, this would be really helpful for TNT cannons and the Redstone community. A block like a crafting table could be made to achieve this and the TNT could be set to explode between 4- 20 ticks. You can have stacks of TNT blocks each having different fusses and I feel like this would be a very good feature to be added, I think it would cost experience if it gets implemented so people cant change the fuse of a TNT block for free, and different tick TNT blocks cant stack with each other. Standard Tick would be 4 ticks, this would be fun for Vanilla Minecraft
