Alter bats to squeak only when they are in a mob-spawning dark area.

In real life, bats use echolocation to navigate in darkness. In game, limiting bat squeaking to when they perch or fly through an Air block with a zero light level can tip off nearby players that a hostile mob could spawn nearby, or just that there's a cave nearby that isn't lit up yet.
