Change The Bug Tracker Login Method to Microsoft Accounts

Right now, only people who have already had Mojang Accounts can report bugs. I have been a part of Java since 2021, which means I can't report bugs.

    There should be other sign-in options, in fact, there should be the migration from Jira to Microsoft Accounts.

    If you cannot create an account on the bug tracker, my best advice is to try again at a later date.

    Please know that although Mojang uses the bug tracker, Minecraft Support is unable to fix any issue that arises from the bug tracking website, since JIRA is actually owned by Atlassian, not Mojang nor Microsoft.
