Change The Bug Tracker Login Method to Microsoft Accounts

Right now, only people who have already had Mojang Accounts can report bugs. I have been a part of Java since 2021, which means I can't report bugs.

    IT'S so stupid like I was going to report about cloud saves failed to be used when i got a new hard drive but I CAN'T
