Warden's Easter Egg, Oddible

As a nod to Grian, if you name a warden  "Oddible"  then kill it. It will drop a green disc fragment.The disc is called  "oddible"  by GoodTimesWithScar, and plays  "Landscaping Your Mind".

    adding items could be too much of a giveaway to an easter egg. it should at least not appear in creative inventory
