Packed ice and blue ice should have a 2x2 crafting recipe

81 ice for 1 single blue ice is absurd! Because ice is harder to renew(when converted,900 ice only makes 11 blue ice!)the recipes for packed ice and blue ice should be 2*2 instead of 3*3.

    I agree. 

    Or make ice easier to farm, preferably in a passive way.
