Toggle for the enchanted shimmer effect.

So perhaps I am alone on this, but it would be nice if we as players could toggle the shimmer effect on or off similar to how we can toggle the particle effects. It doesn’t have to change the way it looks in my inventory, but if the item didn’t shimmer in my hand it would be a lot less distracting when I play. I personally find this very annoying.
