Bedrock has a very bad reputation, first from stolen mods to removed shader support then constant bugs, I suggest rebuilding Bedrock Edition as a whole. Comparing Bedrock to the now discontinued console editions, you can easily tell 4J Studios put way more effort into it than the rotting corpse of what we call Bedrock Edition. What's even more important is that Console Edition was a direct port of Java's code, which meant less bugs, if a bug popped up, 4J Studios would actually fix and patch the bug properly unlike Microsoft and Bedrock. In Bedrock Edition, if a bug ever got fixed a bajillion more would pop up. What's ironic is that Bedrock used to be called "Windows 10 Edition" while Java also worked just fine on Windows 10. For my idea of how Bedrock would be rebuilt, here's what it would be like. Take Java Edition. Port it to C++ or any more stable console-compatible language. Add new features to it like stuff already in Bedrock like Adventure Mode. DON'T ADD THE MARKETPLACE. Done! boom profit.
