Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Echo Blocks

With the new addition of the sculk sensors in Minecraft, redstone has been significantly improved. While the idea of sound activating redstone mechanics is awesome for secret traps and entrances, it could be made better with the Echo Block. As you may guess, the Echo Block would be crafted using nine echo shards found in the deep dark. It’s purpose would be to amplify sound waves that it detects from entities. Not only would the Echo Block help sound waves get picked up by far away sculk sensors, but it would also detect players sneaking, making it near impossible to get around. The Echo Block would not spawn naturally in the deep dark, as it would make it way too hard to avoid the Warden. I believe that the Echo Block would be a great redstone mechanic for players who want to make near fool-proof traps.

    This was exactly what I posted on Reddit. It would be cool to have a sound amplifier! This would also have to make it so echo shards are renewable though
