Allow more structures to spawn in more biomes

Allow structures to generate in more biomes, this would create more diversity and exploration value.

 

Jungle temple - mangrove swamp 

Witch hut - mangrove swamp

Pillager outpost - all biomes except oceans

Igloo - snowy slopes

Woodland mansion - old growth pine taiga and old growth spruce taiga
