A gamerule for only turning off creeper block damage (not player damage)

A new /gamerule command for only turning off creeper block explosion damage without changing how the explosion damage for the player works. So if set to true (/gamerule creeperBlockDamage true) it will damage block as normal (this will also be the default value). If you set the gamerule to false though (/gamerule creeperBlockDamage false) it will turn off the block damage of creepers but not affect how the explosion damages players, so players will still be damaged when a creeper explodes.

This will prevent players from destroying their villager breeders etc with the /gamerule mobGriefing command, and will add more configuration which will enhance players experience while playing the game.

    This would make an unbelievably huge difference for players who build. The sole reason i ever use peaceful is so the time and work i put into my builds isn't wasted by a creeper sneaking around while im building or glancing away. And I've heard the same from others before too.

    Really strange that we still do not have this option. Also the same with separated option for endermans.
