I think that in order to determine the size of lush caves should b based on how many azalea trees there are in a specified area. For example, if you see one azalea tree there should be a small lush cave biome, while an azalea forest could significantly that there is a massive lush cave system near by. Since azalea trees are super rare, why not make azalea forests even rarer with a small chance (~0.1%) of the trees containing spore blossoms on their trunks and a chance for a new mob to spawn ( ie. the moobloom or many butterfly types)
