Settlements and Society

I propose that there should be an ability to create your own settlements with it's own infrastructure, economy and relevent NPC's. Being able to merge the settlements into a nation could also be interesting. I also propose that a club system of sorts be created to link the NPC's together through their function's to stengthen their expertise's. Creating such a concept will push develper's to their greatest limits and will prove testement to their abilities. Allowing various Modders to include their ideas in the planning will also broaden the pool of knowledge at hand. Let's see how many votes this concept will recieve for a dream to become a reality.
