New Water Biome Seas (not the same thing as oceans)

I think this should be added because I think there should be more water biomes. And there should be treasure chest at the bottom of this biome 

Seas should be about 400 blocks wide and they should be 54 blocks deep animals like cod, squid, and tropical fish should spawn here. Kelp and coral should also be abundant here.
