Chest Boat and Minecart Animations

So, ever since the chest in minecart or boat was added in, there was no sound or animation to the entities. When you opened a chest in a boat or minecart, it would stay closed without an opening animation and wouldn't play an opening sound either. I don't know if this is appropriate to put here on the feedback website, but when I reported this, they said it was a feature request so I decided to put a request here.

    This definitely should be added in. It's not really that major but is still kind of inconvenient.
