Wither effect withers the landscape

The Wither effect could do more than posion living mobs. When grass is left exposed to the effect (either through potions or mobs) it converts to dirt and eventually coarse dirt. Flowers, leaves and vines are destroyed when exposed to the effect and Skeletons can be converted into their wither counterparts. This would help make the wither effect feel more like the deathly plague that it's supposed to be
