Dark Mode Interface

Implement dark mode of inventory, menu and options:

* Light: Turn off dark mode.

* Dark: Activate dark mode.

* System Default: (When running on Android 10/IOS 13 or higher, Windows, Linux, or Mac devices) Enable Minecraft dark mode to match the device settings.

* Default by battery saver: (When running on Android 9/IOS 12 or lower devices) 20% of battery activate automatic dark mode.

* Automatic: Depending on the time of day toggle between light or dark mode

Add this feature as its useful for not-so-good displays, and as a bonus, its saves battery. So should also add a transparency feature, like glass.
