totem should be rarer and break when used

currently the easiest way to get totems is to spawn in raids and defeat them. going to a woodland mansion is a lot of effort and raid are much easier and more reliable way of obtaining them. this means there is almost no point in visiting a woodland mansion. so to give more of a use to woodland mansions remove the totem from raids and when it gets used it breaks. since the skulk seemingly has a connection with life and death, 1 echo shard would be used in a smithing table to repair the totem. now echo shards have an additional use, the mansion is more useful, and the smithing table is more useful
