Carved Wood Decoration Block

Now that wood blocks can be stripped of their bark I thought it would be great to add a carved wood block for decoration purposes. Each wood variant would have a different design. Dark oak could have knotted ancient symbols, birch could have a floral design and so forth. To craft a carved wood block I was thinking that the player could use the axe the same as stripping the bark but it would take longer.
