Think zombies skellys creepers but they are covered in or infected by sclulk. They don't make vibrations when they walk or attack (maybe skeleton has slient arrows which could be new item) but they make vibrations when they take damage which bring a warden for backup if you fight back against them. They could possibly drop more exp and/or be more likely to spawn with armor or enchanted gear also could drop better loot (for instance skeletons could have a 3% chance to carry the new echo shards) and the infected/corrupted creeper could instead of breaking blocks could turn them into sculk maybe even spawn a shrieker to make creepers even more menacing. And infected zombie villagers could be used to show what the previous inhabitants of the cities looked like. Also the mobs could make little to no sound to add to the feeling of dread but maybe have some slight sculk glow to them.
