Great snapshot, finally the goat horn in Java! But, since four are tied to screaming goats, the percentage of screaming goats should be increased to 5% or 7% . Also, we NEED the birch forest changes. I like everything else in the snapshot though.

The goat horn appears to show up in every category in the creative menu. The delete item slot in the creative menu also shows a goat horn on it.

with the warden sonic attack changes if you spawn it you are almost guaranteed dead, please at least make it drop something more useful than a skulk catalyst (haven't had to playtest but the changelog sounds like that might be the case).

I like the Warden changes. Wardens dropping sculk catalyst is great for renewability and tech players. I'm hoping there's more renewable options, like cave spiders dropping cobweb (which gives mineshafts a unique reason to explore), or husks dropping sand! Now that the sonic attack deals less damage, the animation and cooldown needs to be faster so that the Warden can kill distracting mobs faster. Wardens should try to move a bit faster on liquids!

Getting goat horns should be easier, right now it seems too difficult to make a goat ram something. Screaming goat spawn chance can be increased a bit.

Still hoping for fireflies and birch forest changes. Ambience like fireflies and sound effects in the wild (like crickets, sea winds, rustling leaves, cave drips etc) is something that a lot of players wanted. Those new decorative blocks and changes to the birch forest is really good!

I'm generally against the "nature friendly" excuse, that fireflies are poisonous to frogs (but magma cubes aren't). Just rename them to glowbugs, or just let them coexist without frogs eating them? I really wanted fireflies in bottles as light sources. Minecraft shouldn't be a PETA moral compass to teach kids that $h@rrks and @l1igators aren't bad, it's a survival game where you do what you need to do to survive. If you must use fantasy creatures, add creatures similar to them. Avoid adding too many humanoid and undead enemies; we can instead make bane of arthropods enchant useful.

Thank you for the snapshot! :)

I'm glad goat horns are back, but they could still use some tweaks imo. If we could play sound effects from the game itself using them, that'd make for a very interesting and fun item to use.

While everyone is talking about the Warden changes, I'm going to talk about the new security features in this snapshot. The secure chat signing is great. It'll prevent spambots and DDoS attacks which is great. Kinda disappointed that it's defaulted to false but it'll change. From what I've read I assume that you cannot join servers without a keypair meaning yeah, spambots and DDoS attacks are prevented, the bot types anyway. More security the better, and this security change doesn't impact gameplay at all. Since you get the keypair at startup. Thanks Mojang.

Im on an ASUS Laptop on 22w17a. And my skin shows up as a steve instead of what it really is.  Can you try to find a way to fix it? And ive got an idea for the next snapshot. Please, add fireflies. I would also love to see poison dart frogs in jungles. Regular swamps have witch huts. What about mangrove swamps? Also, good job on the music disc "5". I would like to see a music disc that is white on the outside, like quartz. And diamond on the inside. The song choice is yours. I saw the amethyst "Litblockstate". Could you consider adding it? Id love it. Can you make magma blocks set you on fire when you step on them? It would just make sense to me. Thats all i have.

Please make warden sonic boom bypass protection enchantment. Warden was hugely nerfed with sonic attack only dealing a very small amount of damage to prot4 netherite armor. Sure it's more frequent, but a little over a heart of damage per 2 seconds is so easy to counter I can basically ignore the stealth aspect. Being a veteran player, I was so excited to be able to have something to fear, as we were told it would "make veteran players fear like it's their first night". This change nerfs the warden so badly he's went from very exciting, to very disappointing after over a year of hype.

Great snapshot, here's a suggestion : goat horn sounds should play when dispensed by a dispenser, allowing players to automatically trigger this sound without the help of command blocks

The Warden's attacks should bypass the Protection enchantment. With the old damage it could deliver a scare even with prot IV.

In addition to that, the deep dark biomes need 1-2 final touch-ups. that being small bone structures or increased fossil frequency, and an ore change to match the content it was supposed to ship out with originally.

I think that there should spawn a map to the ancient cities in the pillager outpost and woodland mancions, because it's to difficult to find them and it looks like pillagers were there.

Warden should deal at least 16 health points with a ranged attack and should avoid protection. Also, sculk shriekers should block elytra flying when summoned warden:
    easy: 5 seconds
    normal: 10 second
    hard: 20 seconds
The Warden should also be resistant to projectiles such as arrows.

    Warden is weak.
With only two blocks stacked, Warden's melee attacks are less challenging. If you have enchantments on your armor, weapons, etc., you can easily take them down and not have the fear of being killed! I think it would be better to go back to the previous specification of 4 blocks to be attacked at close range.

The allays seem much improved, but I still think they need some polishing. Right now the biggest issue for me is that they wander so far away from the player! I would like to use the allays around my base to sort items, but I'd also like to go on adventures with them when collecting lots of resources like cobblestone or sand to gather up any I've missed. Right now they work well for bases, but not for adventuring. Allays should follow a player more closely when out on gathering missions.

To fix this, maybe when the allay has an item it can know when there's a playing noteblock and have a big wandering radius, but if there isn't a noteblock around it will know it's meant to follow a player more closely and only wander a short distance away? I think it should also know when a player is moving and quickly fly to catch up, instead of a player easily being able to sprint away out of its sight.

I don't want in-game chat handled by Microsoft! Let servers handle it. It was good as it was.

    -10,000,000

    Other features are good.

Warden's sonic boom should be dampened by wool. Each layer wool decreases damage taken by the player. Also, Warden's sonic boom should only be used as a last resort if it can't get to you. It should not use the attack if you are running away from it. Sonic boom damage is perfect as is and should not be increased. Also, the sonic boom should not bypass protection enchantment.
