Copper whistle (dogs and horses)

A little item crafted using copper, similar as the goat horn its could produce sounds (most artificial sounds like real whistle), in this way, the player can produce two types of whistle or one type with different comandos.

The both options are for tiny and simple aspects of the vanilla game, the first, if your horse is around you, the player is able to play the whistle and call the horse if the animal have a saddle and is in the active chunks around the player, in that moment the horse will be use his full speed to found his owner (the horse just don´t gona walk in normal speed), it could be really usefull when the player simply lost his horse or when he tryes to actract him to the other side of a river.

The second comando is exclusive for domestic dogs, imagine if your dog is following a target to a dangerous place and you can´t just sit him down, the sound of the whistle will be usefull to call your dog no cares the distances, after listen the call, your dog will forget the target and now he will be try to found his owner
