Glowstone Crags will be a Glowstone-based nether biome.
The Glowstone Crags biome will have large Glowstone shards protruding down from the Nether ceiling and up from the Lava Ocean. Small Glowstone blobs will also decorate the ground and walls. The fog color in this biome will be a bright yellow and the particle effect will consist of slowly drifting white and yellow particles. Beneath the surface, quartz ore will generate more frequently than in other biomes.
This biome will serve as a sort of natural bridge between the various layers of the Nether. The tall shards of Glowstone will provide a natural way for players to travel to different areas without having to bridge or pillar up. It will also be a pleasant escape from the rest of the Nether's dark and gloomy atmosphere, though it will still be perilous.
I think this biome will be a good fit for the Nether because Glowstone is the most iconic Nether resource that has not expanded upon in the Nether Update. Glowstone doesn't yet have a biome or natural variants, which is why I propose the Glowstone Crags.
