new enchantment-- skulk spread

skulk spread would be a new treasure enchantment only found in the deep dark that will act as the skulk catalyst so any mob killed with this enchant will have a chance to spread skulk while also collecting the xp from the mobs death. there will be 3 tiers but only the first and second tiers can be found in ancient cities. the first tier has a 20% chance of spreading skulk, second is 50% chance and third is 100% chance.
