Able to change language on website

Please make it possible to change language on the website.
It's always Swedish when I login but I want English, the language I use EVERYWHERE on the internet

    I don't know what language it is I think maybe Russian but just can't change it when I'm on a public server so please tell me how to fix it

    This is possible on iOS.
