Froglights should affect Note Blocks and Frogs

Froglights should change how Note Blocks sound when placed underneath them. Instead of the current percussive noise, it should be replaced with a 'ribbit' effect. And like with other Note Blocks, this sound could have a range of pitches to play with. I would love to see a project that incorporates frog sounds! As an easter egg, it would also be really cool to have nearby frogs respond to the Note Blocks, like they are 'talking' to each other, similarly to how parrots dance to music discs! I can see this being used to add ambience to builds, and player creations.

I'm really excited for the Wild Update, I've been playing Minecraft for almost a decade. I can't wait to see what's to come, keep up the fantastic work Mojang!
