Allays can get liquid from cauldrons/cows/liquid sources by a noteblock.

Obviously with a bottle, sponge or bucket. The noteblock could have to be in at least a 3x3 area from the source and once collected that liquid can be placed in another receptacle, used to put out fire or if there is nothing around to use the bucket on, drop the bucket containing the liquid as an item next to a second noteblock. This could have cool applications in redstone contraptions.
