/kill does not effect bosses

Using /kill to get rid of bosses is just too easy! What is the point of making bosses if your players can just kill them with a word?

 

Edit: I can't take credit for this idea. It would be hard to add but make it so that it only applies to people in Survival Mode.

  Yeah but it's a command, the point is to have control
