Currently, while the Warden has been made harder to kill in recent snapshots (especially with the addition of the sonic boom), it's still not perfect.
The main issue is that if the best option for dealing with the Warden is running away from it rather than killing it, then it shouldn't be possible to kill it. But just making it invincible wouldn't really make sense (considering a hoe can easily break the stuff it's made out of), so here's a more fun suggestion:
Basically, if the Warden is low on health (or possibly just takes damage), nearby sculk catalysts could "spread" particles to it, giving it more health (or, well, death/whatever sculk is lol). It could use the same particles used when sculk spreads. Having no catalysts in a close enough range while the Warden is being attacked would mean that it doesn't regen health, but you're most likely gonna be in an area with catalysts if you're in the deep dark, so have fun with that lol.
This is more of just a small little addon to help players realize that maybe they should just run away from the Warden lol.
