All boot enchantments found in exclusive locations chest

I think each Minecraft boot enchantment should be exclusive to different areas of the game. This is because some enchantments (soul speed and sneak speed) both boot enchantments are exclusive to certain areas while the rest are not. Also as nowadays the common goal of most players is maxed out tools and armour it will encourage players to explore areas and try things against thier playstyle instead of spending most of thier playtime trading with villagers which in my opinion makes Minecraft survival way more repetitive than Minecraft should be. Below are my suggestions for where you would find the book enchantments depth strider will be exclusive to ocean monument chests, feather falling will be exclusive to end city chests and frost walker will be exclusively rarely found by fishing.
