Echo Brewing Stand

I suggest that the Echo Shard should be usable to craft an Echo Brewing Stand.

Similar to a potion brewing stand but with only 2 arms but powered by 1 lapis and 1 redstone.
Using soundwaves the stand mixes 2 different potions together into 1 potion.
Example:
1 Regeneration II. potion + 1 Healing I. potion = 1 Regeneration II., Healing I. potion.

Combinations can be stacked further but not of the same kind, so for example:
1 Healing I. potion + 1 Regeneration II., Healing I. potion. = No going to combine

1 Night Vision potion + 1 Regeneration II., Healing I. potion. = 1 Regeneration II., Healing I., Night Vision potion.

Why I think this would be an important addition:
1, If we look at a material like iron, it is the most versatile and important material in minecraft. Beside armor and tools its the only item to make compass, shear, buckets, minecarts and rails with. I think, giving many versatile uses for a material is what truly in the spirit of minecraft, so if we can we should avoid adding too many material that only have 1 or 2 usages. That's why I hope that echo shards get more usage.

2, Current Potion Brewing suffers from it how much space it takes up in the inventory of the player, there is overall little reward to prepare all the potions you'd need for a combat. Example:
If someone prepares to fight Blazes, they rather take as much Fire Resistance potions with themselves as they can, not benefiting from the possibility of a Strength Potion, or Swiftness Potion.
