Sponge Expansion

Sponges should have more functionality to drain out areas of water. Players love building in the ocean already, and with the new Mangrove swamps, they may need to drain areas for building. Sponges should be able to draw in water, and continue draining until every attached dry sponge becomes a wet sponge. Make it have a limit of something reasonable, say 16 or 32 blocks, with very slightly diminishing returns on amount drained with larger sponge structures.
