Clerics can activate brewing stand

Placing items in a brewing stand while a villager is standing at it allows the villager to brew for you.

REASON: When in a village, I’ve often heard a villager use the brewing stand but nothing is actually made from it. So, I suggest that the villager can brew items for you, only when he is standing in front of the stand.

    I think this is a great idea! Maybe the village brewing stands could even naturally spawn with an awkward potion in them??
