Dirt-Logged Blocks

Dirt-logging would be a way for the player to fill the empty space in fences, stairs, and slabs. The player would be able to "fill" a block with a dirt block, which would fill in the unused space of certain waterloggable blocks. It would be a great way to add another layer of immersion without anything too complicated.
