The petrified is a hostile mob resembling a stone statue of a character similar to that of Steve and zombies. Its gimmick is that when you look at it, it remains still, but the moment it is off-screen, it will rapidly chase the player. It could spawn in some form of underground structure with loot (not the deep dark, that wouldn’t be ideal) behind chests. When a petrified spawns, it will not do anything, even if the player looks away. However, if the player opens the chest it rests behind, the behavior above will trigger. The petrified should be both strong and difficult to kill, much like the warden (but not as powerful). In its statue state, it cannot be harmed. This mob does have cheese potential in multiplayer, but I don’t currently have any ideas on how to fix that.
