Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Echo dye, find important things!

Echo dye. A strange glowy colour, echo dye could be made from echo shard + slime. Using it on anything dyeable such as a dogs collar, much loved sheep or your favourite piece of leather armour for example would allow for finding said things using the recovery compass, showing up as a seperate dot (the dot would be the same colour as the previous dye colour the dogs collar, sheep or leather armour had. This would allow for waypoints being made with armour stands wearing leather armour, echo dyed wool blocks, finding a lost dog or its death site (say for building a memorial), locating teammates (without a map) wearing different coloured armour, etc.

    How do you put it on leather armour? So does that mean you can put it in a cauldron

    Maybe you should make it like a lodestone and allow the recovery compass to point in the direction of the item/block/mob because I don’t really understand what you mean by dot.
